Three funds at the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Hartford are furthering the mission of the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW): to improve the lives of women, children, and families, and safeguard individual rights and freedoms. By providing deserving students with meaningful educational opportunities in the Greater Hartford area, the Celia Hillman Scholarship Fund, NCJW Greater Hartford Section Scholarship Fund for Reproductive Health Education, and NCJW Endowment Fund are supporting future leaders.

These funds continue the great legacy of NCJW’s Greater Hartford Section. People who still wish to continue supporting the NCJW in Greater Hartford can contribute to the funds.

“Thank you for your years of commitment, support and dedicated service to affecting change and improving the lives of those in your community and throughout the country,” said NCJW President Dana Gerson, and CEO Sheila Katz in a letter to NCJW Greater Hartford Section members.
