Ifter 50 years of involvement with the Jewish Federation and the wider Greater Hartford Jewish community, Rose and Gary Bernstein opened a fund at the Jewish Community Foundation and made plans in their estates to endow their contributions to the Jewish Federation’s annual campaign.
