Camp Laurelwood is creating an outdoor learning space and garden to deepen campers’ connection to Judaism and foster environmental stewardship, thanks in part to a JCF community grant. The initiative includes a grow dome, a controlled environment that allows for year-round gardening, and space for campers to engage in Shabbat services and display art projects they completed during Jewish programming.
